I Have A Leak In My Pond

First Steps:

  1. With the pump running, use a measuring tape and take measurements of the koi pond for at least two days to determine the rate of water loss.

  2. If the pond leaks when the pond pump is turned on, the next step is to turn it off the waterfall pump to see if it still leaks. With the pump now turned off, take good measurements daily until a stopping point is reached. When a stopping point is reached this will determine at what level the leak is located.

  3. Precise measurements of water loss are key to finding the leak and sharing your pond leak problem with us. Please measure for 2-3 days in a row at the same time of time if possible using a yard stick or measuring tape. Please have this information available when you call to set up a appointment.
